This Week's Menu

It's been a while since I've posted my weekly menu. I guess I just haven't felt all that inspired to share our meals, but today I feel like sharing. So here it is...

Sunday - Leftovers smorgasbord including: shrimp and mussels over homemade pasta with vodka sauce (more on that later), roasted brussels sprouts, salad, garlic bread
Monday - Seared Tuna Steaks with Lemon, Dill and Caper sauce, broccoli, quinoa
Tuesday - Tomato-Lime Chicken Soup, crispy baked tortilla chips
Wednesday - Crispy chicken salad with low-cal homemade ranch
Thursday - Quick Spicy Black Bean Soup, cucumber salad

Katie - Hey there. It was wonderful to see you at the shower - you look beautiful, happy and content. What more could a gal want? You were very sweet to include Julia and she had a wonderful time, as well!

I saw your question about address labels. I've ordered them online from American Stationery and were happy with the results. Good service, too. (Also ordered postcard-style personalized notecards for my children, who of course didn't think they were such a great gift when they received them - but they sure enjoy using them for writing thank you notes, probably because the space is limited??!!)

xo, Jay

Jasmine- Besides being such a time-saver when I get home from work at night, planning meals in advance helps me save so much on groceries! I stick to my list and I don't end up spending a ton on extras :)
