New Life for Leftovers

Pulled Pork becomes Carnitas tacos...Only made more delicious with the addition of a sprinkling of crunchy cabbage and fresh cilantro...

...and some freshly fried tortilla chips
...and some creamy, dreamy guacamole

don't do pork, but homemade tacos like that are the absolute best! I recently found this incredible taco stand in the most of unexpecting places outside of Atlanta. Gotta say, for .99 they rock!
